We play with the full deck of the cards so called "
big
" 52 cards ,
13 cards in each of four suits : names of the suits
from bridge
( spade ) ,
( heart ) ,
( diamonds ) ,
( clubs ) .
The lowest is Ace per 1 point. ,
next plain cards from 2 to 10 according to the number of pips on the card 5 - 5 pips ,
8 - 8 pips
and face cards jacks ( J,W ) , queens ( Q ) and kings ( K ) the oldest ,
all figures are counted as 10 per 10 pips .
The sequence of the cards from the oldest from king to ace (
K - Q - J - 10 - 9 - 8
- 7 - 6 - 5 - 4 - 3 - 2 - A
) ,
lack of the trump card .
Additionally you can use a traditional couting board e.g. wooden
( the flat board 30 holes long at both sides plus 61st starter ) .
You can write down the points by moving the stick from one hole into another .
It makes the game easier , but it is not necessery .
You can write down the points on the piece of paper , putting the matches down ,
chips or pawns .
